What should I expect?
Before your first visit, you will be emailed an online form to complete.
On the first visit, a full assessment and treatment will be performed. The assessment may use Tongue and Pulse diagnostic techniques, Palpation, Observation, Strength and Motion testing, and further Inquiring on your condition. Treatment may use various types of Exercises, detailed Stretching, Manual Therapy and Massage, Acupuncture Needling, Cupping and/or other modes of intervention.
An understanding of your condition will be described from a holistic perspective that utilizes Eastern and Western concepts. Recommendations will be given regarding lifestyle and diet changes. Home exercises will be prescribed as needed.
An ideal plan will be discussed.
What do I need to do?
Make an appointment by contacting us, then, fill out and submit the online form that we email you.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers to exercise in on the day of your appointment.
Bring any information, such as medical records or tests, that relate to your condition.
Do you accept health insurance?
Due to our extensive skills and 1-on-1 time spent on working with patients, generally, we do not accept In-Network health insurance. If your health insurance has Out-of-Network benefits, we can provide you with the information needed for reimbursement.
How much is a session?
Our cost per visit is $120. Each visit lasts approximately 60 minutes. The first visit may last about 80 minutes depending on the condition. All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash or check.
